Mighty oaks from little acorns grow, and in the case of Heitel, part of the Australian Xtralis group, they planted one on fertile land when they decided to exhibit at Intersec in Dubai in 2008. From just a small presence at the show they hoped first of all to find a local sales and support partner for their security video transmission product range. In fact they stumbled across a major contract to equip the Dubai police force.
